Since the establishment in 1998, i3system achieved such high speed growth on product quality of infrared detectors and X-ray sensors animated by our customers.

Even though i3system started development of infrared imaging detectors from highly restrictive environment because IR imaging detectors are classified strategic materials, i3system has accomplished great results on bolstering warfare capabilities for both domestic and foreign defense industries. We send sincere gratitude to mutual cooperation with Korean Industry-University-Institute that enabled us to successfully develop IR imaging detectors even with limited budget in short period compare to foreign countries.

i3system hugely contributed on South Korean national defense, and rapidly narrowed the technological gap since we started a mass production of cooled detectors even though we started R&D 30 years later than other countries. By launching XGA, 12㎛ uncooled detector for the first time in the world except the U.S., we are extremely proud of being on the cutting edge of IR imaging industry.

   i3system has launched 7.5㎛ pixel pitch T2SL HOT detector, and 8㎛ pixel pitch uncooled IR detector. We will keep working on developing autonomous driving application with competitive price to enlarge the contribution commercially.
